Presentation of the new CD « NIGHT GROOVES» Johannes is an established musician who also has various engagements in the musical and the pop music scene. Also in classical music he has a lot of engagements as for example with the SWR radio orchestra with which he made a Germany tour in 2005 and a recording in 2006. He toured in South Africa, Namibia, Poland, Albania, Bulgaria, Romania, Italy, France, Luxemburg, Greece and Belgium. | ||

Matthieu began playing the jazz piano at the age of 15 and discovered the Hammond organ with Jimmy Smith's and Larry Young's records. Graduated from the jazz conservatory in 2001, Matthieu won a scholarship from the French Government (2002) to study at the New School University in NY, where he studied with Mike Ledonne and Sam Yahel. Back in France in 2003, he plays piano and organ as a leader which allow him to develop his own repertoire as a composer. The album "Playground' (2009) received great reviews. | ||

Presentation new album « STRINGS ATTACHED» After being awarded First Prize at the Hoeilaart International Jazz Contest 2007 and recording his first trio album Candide, Pierre Anckaert decides to engage the dialogue between jazz and classical music with a classical chamber orchestra. With "Strings Attached" Pierre Anckaert takes the initiative to cross boundaries, to color outside the lines without falling off the page. The album will be released end february 2010 on PROVA records. | ||

Gerd Baier performed all over Europe, in NY and on international Jazz Festivals. His music is lyrical, expressive and refreshingly new, by keeping strong roots to the Jazz heritage. The gerdband is not a traditional jazz trio, maybe due to the fact that the musicians are engaged in rock and pop as well, might it be the shared love of all of them for ways off the beaten track. Expect melancholic notes and upbeat tempos, atmospheric sounds and thrilling drive. The trio plays original compositions exclusively. They have just release their new CD "Tides". | ||
